This is an expression of the Hesbaye terroir in Belgium. The unpeated malt was secured through sustainable agriculture practices, and fair trade. Coloring free and non chill filtered. Distilled in pot stills that were formerly those of the legendary Scotch producer, Caperdonich. Aged in 1st fill bourbon casks for at least 48 months.
